Information you provide directly. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other details you choose to share when you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, or otherwise reach out to us through the Site.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring/exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is typically collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, described further in Section 4 below.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including client sites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

6. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 9 below.

7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
