Have your team
win the room.
For teams pursuing a deal or launching a sales initiative
inside larger organizations.
We listen first, write your story, and film it,
often inside a single week.
Someone finally understands what you do.
Who you do it for, and what makes you good at it.
That's what a team should feel at the end of working with us, and it's what their buyers should feel watching or reading the result.
What we make is always one of two things: a film, or your story in words. Often both. We don't make decks.
Every word is written by prashant. We may use AI to support research. It never does the creative work.
And it always starts the same way: we spend the first fifth of every engagement listening, before anyone writes a line.
Your competitors are selling the same thing.
The story is what's different.
For Accenture pursuit teams, we've spent a week on site: listening to the team, writing the story, filming key stakeholders, and revealing it all before we leave. For Kitchen Brains, we filmed the CEO on fifteen topics for an email series and delivered it before the week was out.
Start where you are.
Each of our offers start with listening. They differ in how much time you have and what you need to walk away with.
1. A listening session
For teams in the early stages of planning
a pursuit or launch.
prashant joins your team, remotely, for a few hours while you riff. Then he offers his ideas on story to guide the rest of your planning.
The point is timing. We help orient the team around a story before anyone starts copying and pasting what worked last time.
There's no formal deliverable. If you want something to keep, that's what the 48-hour turn and the five-day engagement are for.
Ongoing: prashant can join your team twice a month in the same format, for three months or more.
2. A 48-hour turn
For teams in the early stages of planning
a pursuit or launch.
You walk us through where things stand. Forty-eight hours later, everything is finished.
Steve sets expectations with you up front, and prashant does the work.
It comes in two forms:
Orals
Your team walks us through the presentation as it stands and sends the script after the call.
We return a script built on the strengths of the team and each person on it, along with coaching.
Story Guide
Your core team walks us through the presentation and the one clear takeaway for each part.
We return a story guide that shows the arc and the thread running through it. Your team builds from there.
We don't hand back the presentation itself. You keep ownership of it; we give you the story it's built on.
Ongoing: two turns held in reserve each quarter, booked up front.
3. The five-day engagement
For teams in the early stages of planning
a pursuit or launch.
prashant and Steve spend five days on site with your team. Everything is finished before we leave.
The week:
Day 0
We arrive early and location scout. We get together for a team building activity, often dinner, so we start work with some familiarity with each other.
Day 1
A four-to-six hour strategy session with your team. Working lunch. prashant leaves and collates the information, finding the story essence and writes a story that night.
Day 2
A 90-minute review of the session from before. Any changes or modifications applied to the story during a working lunch period. The story is revealed that afternoon. On-camera speakers selected. Film shoot scheduled for the next day, off-site.
Day 3
A four-hour shoot. You're often needed for 90 minutes. But plan for travel, re-shoots, and improvisation. These days are fun and light. So plan to enjoy yourself. prashant starts the edit that evening.
Day 4
The film is revealed and the story guide delivered. Any final questions answered. If applicable, story coaching can be scheduled for the future. Our team travels back.
Two versions, same week:
For a pursuit
Your written story, your team trained to deliver it, and a short film with key stakeholders.
If you want it, we can also apply the story to your orals, with a full script for your team to make their own, and rehearsals.
For a sales launch
A workshop and strategy session with your team, the story revealed, one-on-one work with up to five salespeople, and your leadership filmed on site, edited and delivered before we leave.
Both versions deliver film and your story in words. Travel is billed separately.
Ongoing: for large, high-stakes deals, we stay on call through the process, with a check-in every two weeks.
Two people, start to finish.
You work directly with the two people doing the work. prashant listens, writes, and directs. Steve keeps communication and expectations clear from the first call to the last day.
Every engagement is a fixed price, agreed before we start, so it's easy to approve and there are no surprises on the invoice.
What is your team
trying to win?
Tell us about the deal or the launch, and when it needs to land.
Steve will be in touch.
